REHOMING PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy and The buyer bears the entire cost of the animal’s upkeep, including but not restricted to housing, feeding, and veterinarian treatment. You are required to pay for and return the animal to Ranch Of Exotic Breeds at your own expense if you at any stage determine it is not a suitable fit for your home. The buyer is not permitted to give, sell, or rehome the animal to anyone else unless we approve the new owner in writing. This policy is in place to guarantee that our exotic animals are given the care and accommodations they need, no matter what. You could get into trouble with the law if you don’t cooperate. HEALTH GUARANTEE – Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy – All infants are guaranteed to be healthy and free of parasites, sickness, and disease when they are picked up. Within 48 hours of bringing your new pet home, you must take him or her to a licensed exotics veterinarian if you believe they have parasites, an infection, or a disease. If the veterinarian determines that the animal was sold in poor condition, then you may return it for a replacement. A veterinarian report from a licensed exotics veterinarian stating that the animal was sold in bad condition must be sent to Ranch Of Exotic Breeds in order for claims to be considered.

Privacy Policy – Only if the animals are returned within three days after the pickup date is this guarantee valid. After the buyer picks up the animal, any wounds or illnesses are not covered by this health guarantee. We have no control over what happens to animals during shipping, so this warranty does not extend to animals supplied by third-party carriers. Once the animal leaves our care, Ranch Of Exotic Breeds makes no guarantees regarding its condition when it returns.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS PRIVACY POLICY

None of the deposits are refundable or transferable. An advance payment of nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the baby of your choosing. For local pickups, the remaining amount must be made on the day of the appointment. Payments can be made using exact change, PayPal Friends & Family, or Zelle. PayPal payments are not accepted for products and services from us. We also accept major credit cards with chip functionality for purchases under $1000 (a processing fee of 5% is charged).

Seven days before the first scheduled day of the transport, the outstanding balance on any animal purchases that will be transported must be paid. On the other hand, payments for hedgehogs and sugar gliders must be made in full by the time their designated ready date arrives or, in the case of sugar gliders only, 24 hours before the scheduled neuter. Payments for animals that are transported can be made using our PayPal invoice for sums under $1000.

For animals being transported, only cash in the form of wire transfers, Zelle payments, or PayPal Friends & Family is accepted if the amount is more than $1000. All payments must be settled, not pending, by the payment due date. The buyer’s name on the invoice and the payment method used to purchase the animal must match. Only the person listed on the invoice will be allowed to get the animal unless a suitable form is filled out and signed by the buyer to allow someone else to receive it. You must be at least eighteen years old to be a buyer or an authorized receiver.

PET TRANSPORT

The animals will be delivered by door-to-door ground transport on the next available route by a USDA-licensed pet transporter. There are routes available around the nation. Please be aware that unless our transporter provides a delivery date, we are unable to provide one. Although every attempt will be made to deliver your baby as soon as possible, not all routes go via every state. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed because of several factors like weather, construction, and traffic that may alter the actual dates and times of delivery.

It is possible for the delivery to happen day or night. Any changes to the delivery estimate will be communicated to buyers, and upon arrival, drivers will get in touch with buyers directly using the phone number they supplied on our application. The buyer or designated receiver must meet with the drivers within fifteen minutes of arrival, present a picture ID issued by the government, and sign any accompanying documents (the Ranch of Exotic Breeds contract and the USDA Transfer Form). The transporter will depart with the animals if you don’t follow these terms.

The buyer then has the choice to either cancel the deal or have the animals redelivered at their expense. If the sale is terminated, all deposits, shipping charges, and veterinarian bills will be lost, and there will be an additional shipping cost to return the animals to the seller. Any remaining funds after a 50% restocking fee of the initial purchase price will be returned to the customer in the event that the sale is canceled. Keep in mind that because the animal must attain a healthy weight and be thriving on its own before being adopted, “ready by” dates are only estimations and cannot be guaranteed.
